When registered you can start using site, but you must login using your userid and password. Ordering items it's easy: click on item you like (you can find items by search engine or browsing categories) and when on item's page click on icon Add to Cart, now you' ll be able to change quantities if you need more objects of the same kind.
When it's done, you can click on icon Continue Shopping if you want to search and buy other items. When you' ll finish you can just click on icon Checkout and put your informations.
FAQ:
I contacted you and I asked if it's possible to order an item not on your online catalog and you told me it's available, out of stock, or not available. What does it means?
AVAILABLE: It means that the item it's available in manufacturer's warehouse. Order is taken and it will be delivered between 1 week and 2 months depending on item or manufacturer.
SOLD OUT: It means that item it's absolutely finished, and we' ll not take the order.
NOT AVAILABLE: It means that the item can be ordered, but manufacturer doesn't assure the delivering. The item could arrive, but it's possible it will be sold out because they have too much orders and in that case the order will be deleted. Times for delivering in this case could be from 1 week to 6 months, during which it's impossible for the customer to delete order. If item will not arrive in 6 months, after this period will be possible to delete order and choose other items of the same amount.
How can I pay?
It's possible to pay directly by website using Paypal (IMMEDIATE SHIPPING) or International Money Order (YOU NEED TO WAIT WE RECIEVE YOUR PAYIMENT and it can take up to 2 weeks).
It's possible to pay, asking to our operators, payiment by wire transfer (YOU NEED TO WAIT WE RECIEVE YOUR PAYIMENT and it can take up to 2 weeks).
ALL payiments have to be done BEFORE shipping.
What does it means "Products marked with *** don't exist in desired quantity in our stock. You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process."
It means that we have that item in our warehouse but not in the quantity you choose. For example we have 5 pieces and you're orderding 8.
In which days and at what time opens all Fumettolandia Store and Fumettolandia Point in all cities?
Our shops are closed only in Sundays (red on italian calendar) and on Monday mornings. All other days our shops are open from 9.30 to 13.30 and from 16.30 to 20.30 (Italian time)
Ordering an item by website it's possible to recieve it directly in some Fumettolandia Store or Fumettolandia Point in Italy?
It's possible, but you need to make the order by website anyway. Payiment can be done by website or in the shop when you take the item, but in this case you must take the items NOT AFTER 3 working days or it will be sold to others. Online sale and direct shop sale are different and could have prices and special offers that couldn't coincide and they're never cumulative.
