This page describes, which personal data we collect, why and how we'll treat your personal data and precautionary measures adopted for protecting datas. Compatibly with laws about privacy, Fumettolandia has homogenous rules and procedures. In detail, present rules are referred to the site http://www.fumettolandia.it (from now only "site"). Privacy Rules we uses contains necessary informations as asked in art. 13 of D.Lgs. 30 june 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Code) absorbing Direttiva 95/46/CE about protections of personal datas, as well as Direttiva 2002/58/CE about protections of personal datas in electronic communications.

addresses;
telephone numbers;
email addresses;
fiscal code;
partita IVA (tax number - VAT);
number of your credit card and bank account numbers;
data about email traffic and about Site enterings;
data about purchases on site;
data about surveys.

Your personal data are collected by Fumettolandia during your recording to the site and during utilization of services provided by Fumettolandia. Collecting your personal data, is needed in order to use all site's functions. Your eventual refusal to give us your personal data will stop your recording and will hinder you to use Fumettolandia services.
Your personal data are collected and treated by electronic instruments and, anyway, automated. In some case can be used automated instruments for collecting data, like "cookies", it will let you use some personalized service. Your data will be preserved on the server of Aruba Spa in Italy. (heading office in P.zza Garibaldi 8 - 52010 Soci (AR) Italia), where they'll be treated for letting you using our services according to User Agreement and for others purposes written in these Privacy Rules (see paragraph 4).
Treatment of your personal data, needed to log-in Fumettolandia site and to use it's related services, will be developed by Fumettolandia without your express approval also for fulfillment of specific obbligations provided by law, by regulations and by European applicable rules. Besides, in the cases individualized by Guarantor for protection of personal datas, to pursue a legitimate interest of Fumettolandia or a third part, like, for example, protection by cheats and frauds or others behaviors against User Agreement , as well as to assert and defend one's right in legislative sitting.
In limits and for purposes showed in Privacy Rules, some of your personal data could be communicated by Fumettolandia to third parties, public and/or private, like:
couriers;
financial administration of State and P.A. (other public administrations);
the Court and Police Force;
banks and credit institution, debt collection companies, private risk companies;
consultants of the Company and professional offices (legal consultants, accountants, fiscals, etc.);
Fumettolandia should treat some personal data, like your user ID and email address, to periodically forward you his Newsletter, which will inform you about site's news and about new services offered by Fumettolandia. (see paragraph 4 of Privacy Rules).
