FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:How does it works the shipping process?Shipping is usually made by Poste Italiane.
We use different kind of shippings, depending on how many items you buy, or the total weight of your purchase.
You'll have your item directly at home if you are. If you are not at home, you'll have a ticket for asking your shipping status, for some countries you'll need to go to the postal office to take your box.
Having only the immediate payiment, you'll have to pay nothing when recieving your items. Some exceptions are the custom-house taxes, and it doesn't depend on us.
In which days they delivery?Every day from Monday to Friday excluding (Saturday apart) the holidays.
What happen if I'm not at home when your items arrives??It depends on the countries. In any case feel free to contact our customer care to ask about your tracking number to know what to do.
How much time I've to wait for the shipping?It depend on the shipping method, and on the country. It may vary from 1 week to 2 months.
Obviously more fast will be the shipping and more expensive it will be.
How much does it costs the shipping?It depends on the country and the shipping method. After buying the items you like ask for the shipping cost before the payiment.
After giving the item to the courier, the contract is between the final customer and the courier, and every damage will be refunded by the courier as for laws. We STRONGLY encourage you to ask EXPRESSLY for INSURANCE. It will cost you 10 euros more. But you'll sleep better.
REFUND:How does it work the refund?
As for laws, you can send us back your item in 7 days from when you recieve it, if the item is different from the one you saw and bought on site. Contact our customer care for the refund of all the money including shipping costs. If the item is lost or damaged, you'll have to contact the courier for all. In any case our customer care will be from your side for help you in everything.
